“I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help”
“This dealership was fantastic and offers the best customer service i have ever experienced from any Ford dealership. I've been to many as I worked for Ford. They fixed a recall issue with doors. Diagnosed the issue with the speed control. We ran out of time to do an oil change so they scheduled it to be done at my home. You will really appreciate the workmanship and great service advisors they have.”
“I didn't come here to get my car serviced in any way. I stopped in to ask if I can earn some wages due to an emergency situation with my friend's kids he didn't have anything to do to help me out in that way but the man was kind enough to speak to me address me without any judgment or anything and gave me $20 out of his pocket to help two little kids keep a hotel room for the night and lead me in the right direction to receive further assistance. “I took my BMW 228i to a shop I normally use and they told me my catalytic converter was bad because of a check engine light. I'm not going to go into the details but it appears that they set my car up for failure because of check engine light. So I took my car to BMW afterwards and they say that they never saw something like this in 30 years. And BMW pretty much wanted to put a new cat on along with O2 sensors and many other parts. Coming in at over 6k and they told me that it might not fix the problem. So I did a bunch of searching because I wasn't happy with what I was being told and it didn't seem to be accurate to me. Just guesses.. I found Davis and checked the reviews, which I was happy with, so I called them and spoke with them and explained what happened and what I was being told. They told me something seemed off and that they could get my car in for a diagnostic test. Keep in mind I already spent almost $400 in testing already. But something felt honest and truthful this time around. So I brought my BMW in and it turned out to be almost nothing wrong with my car. I didn't need a catalytic converter or any expensive repairs. Davis went way above and beyond for me. Honestly it cost less for the repairs (which i think another shop did to my car on purpose in order to get me to do the expensive repairs with them) than they were charging for the diagnostic work alone. I'm am so satisfied! Keep in mind that it's Christmas time and because of what I was expecting to spend on the car my girl wasn't getting a Christmas gift, just a working car. Now I can get her a belated Christmas gift and her car is running tip top.
I've been so stressed out all December because of false information given to me from shops looking to take advantage. Davis saved me from having a not so good Christmas and new year to being able to do the things I wanted to do for my wife. He now has a lifelong customer.”

“We were in our Safari Kahalari Class A RV when we experienced brake loss. We called and spoke with Shelly who was very helpful and advised they could look at it in the morning but that we could park overnight and have access to water and pump out. We arrived and spoke with John who was helpful in getting us on the books. This is an older RV and parts are not always available. Rusty and his tech (Git-r-done type gent) we able to retrofit parts to make it work better than ever. They are all friendly and accommodating even when you accidentally press the brake with the system open and pump out 2 qts of brake fluid in their parking lot. I wouldn’t push them on that though as kindness has its limits and that is asking a bit much. (Sorry Rusty! ?) Definitely recommend 5 stars”
