“My mother had purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot EX-L about 23 days ago from a small dealership near here. She obtained a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty upon purchase. Thank Goodness! Her Alternator was causing problems and needed to be replaced! The total job was going to cost almost $700, fortunately the warranty covered the majority of the cost. This Garage was absolutely amazing, they got her car in the very next day, spoke with the warranty company, got the car fixed and back to her the same day, (we dropped it off the night prior). Shane and Ryan were very honest and informative and I would recommend them to anyone!”

“I had to make an emergency stop here after my engine started to overheat, and Donna was an absolute saint. She explained everything that was going to be done in detail, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated about my car. I got a full inspection and diagnostic, along with repairs to my coolant system. Everything was sent to me via text, and I learned about issues my car was having that I didn’t even realize. “You can tell when someone knows what they're talking about! Tom's Auto Air can get the job done. I had my GMC truck in there on Wednesday. 1 hour and it was very cold. I waited to write a review as I've been in this position before, actually one day prior add a different shop. Fiesta rate questions check the right stuff and know what they're doing. Will always go to Tom's from here on, especially for auto air problems.”

“Went to Clifford's to fix/repair a possible overtightened oil pan drain plug by the dealership. I provided the oil, filter and new plug. Ryan the owner stated that he would try to remove the plug without damage, but couldn't guarantee the oil pan was not stripped, in which case I would need the oil pan replaced also. Ryan (the owner) was honest and professional. He was able to remove the plug, change the oil and filter, lubricated the sway bar links, checked all fluids, and did a tire rotation. all this at a reasonable labor charge.
I would recommend Clifford's to anyone who needs an honest and fair automotive technician.”
