Outside of building itself needs to be brightened up, as this is the only thing I noticed. This branch is back from the road a bit, in a wooded area so a bit of "sprucing up" is needed to allow light in and reflect around it. The inside looks great.”

“I recently went into the Campus USA Credit Union branch at 3097 SW College Rd in Ocala. I bank at another credit union, not in Florida, and needed a cashier's check. Since this is a co-op shared credit union branch, I knew that I could get this check here. I was stressed, it was late in the afternoon, and I had to verify my identity using an app. I was having difficulty doing this, but the head teller, Shaun Hennessy, came out from behind the counter to help me do it on my phone. I am a senior citizen and technology is starting to get beyond me. So for Shaun to do that so that I could verify and get my cashier's check was extremely helpful! I was very impressed with his customer service! I would recommend this credit union to anyone who lives in the area. You are so lucky to have this Credit Union, and this young man who is there to help. Thank you Shaun!”
