“The staff was friendly helpful and respectful. Darrell kept me informed with updates on my vehicle and dealt with the insurance company for me. A car was arranged for picking me up to take me for my rental. My car was done two days ahead of scheduled date and she looks absolutely brand new again! “Cooper's carts was wonderful to work with. We rented a 4 seater cart but it didn't have a golf bag holder. They graciously offered to reimburse us for one we ordered on Amazon. It worked great and we didn't even have to remind them that we bought it. They contacted us for the receipt and wanted to make sure they had the money for us when they picked up the cart. We will definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend this company.”

“We rented a car from the Avis Ocala Airport location and it was a good experience. At first we had trouble finding the rental car in the lot but the kindest man named Kelvin saw us looking and helped us. He took the time to give us tips on renting a car and other safety tips while driving in Florida. Kelvin went out of his way to help us. I would give Avis 5 stars because of him. Don't even know if he works for Avis Car Rental or the airport but he went out of his way and took the time to be kind and help us. This seems to be uncommon these days. Thank you Kelvin!! We need more people like you in this world!!”

“The blue Nissan Rogue, gas powered, was rented. Round trip was about 650 miles, the tire pressure light came on a few times but went off. Otherwise, we had no problems renting or with the vehicle.”
“The staff is pleasant and courteous facility is clean and neat had no problems.
I Mentioned the low rating on google to the agent, he said the only people leaving reviews were unhappy customers that were unable to get the car they ordered. Usually the reservations were made the same day, I assume online. These complaints should be aimed at more at reservation system or Budget. I suspect Local locations don’t have the inventory to accommodate every request.”
