i dropped off my rental today between 4:30 - 5. i’m not sure who the man was working behind the desk, but he was very kind and patient with all my questions. He greeted me and got me out of there expeditiously. Thank you!

Staff unaware of reservation made previous day. Day of rental, truck was not available and tried to upsell a larger truck doubling price. Mandatory coverage of additional $54 was not included on website portal for reservations. Bad experience, no availability and hidden fees. Go with U-Haul

Booked 3PM. I get there. "Sir I won't know if I have a car until 530PM... You have to call the 800 number." I call. I have to give all the info... It will take 3-10 days for a refund. Foul.
