“Renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car was fantastic it was quite easy they came to the collision shop where I had to take my car to get fixed the rental car was there the guy's name was John from Enterprise he showed me how to turn the rental car on where to put the gas at it was fabulous nice and easy not expensive at all the people at Enterprise are very knowledgeable and very nice and the car was so nice and clean looks like it was detailed quite a good job it was very clean and very shiny if I had to rent a car again I would rent it from Enterprise low low ratesThank you Enterprise now when I go to pick up my car from the collision shop I will leave my rental car there and someone from Enterprise will come and pick up my rental car everyone at the Enterprise rental car was absolutely friendly very helpful very knowledgeable if you need to rent a car I would suggest Enterprise they are wonderful and very reasonable on the rentals”

“I have not flown in a plane for over 20 years so I was not aware of the new ways of doing business with car rentals from the airport after one's flight arrived after midnight. Wow. I discovered I had to speak to someone from Alamo in order seek guidance. I was not aware I had registered for the Emerald program so that had made a difference. I was finally able to leave the airport after over four hours from the time my flight had arrived due to the baggage claims office being closed. Not good.”

“The general manager was quick in processing our car rental. The car was perfect for us just to drive around the Orlando and Kissimmee area. They suggested we get a Sun Pass as we are going through a few toll roads from Ocala to Reunion Resort in Kissimmee. We are Canadians and we are not too familiar with the process. No problem with the car. Return to MCO was simple. We asked about filling up the car before returning because our flight was at 5:20 am and we had to leave the resort around 1:30 am. The general manager was kind enough to put a half tank on our contract! But we filled it before returning the car.”

“Cooper's carts was wonderful to work with. We rented a 4 seater cart but it didn't have a golf bag holder. They graciously offered to reimburse us for one we ordered on Amazon. It worked great and we didn't even have to remind them that we bought it. They contacted us for the receipt and wanted to make sure they had the money for us when they picked up the cart. We will definitely rent from them again. I highly recommend this company.”
