“I trust them for doing the best repairs for my auto. I trust no one else, since living in Ocala for six years. Dennis and his staff take care of all my auto needs when necessary. Thank you!”
“Yadi stepped up to the plate when the person I was supposed to meet had a family emergency. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, explained the process, ensured I was comfortable thruout my purchase. I see this young man going places! KUDOS!!!”
“Family has rented cars from this location numerous times in the past, and always had a great experience. Enterprise provides a good service. With that said what really made our car rental experience so good was the young lady that assisted us. Keishara was exactly what you hope for when you walk into a business, greeted with a smile, great personality with customers and always on the move dealing with rentals and returns. Easy to recognize a hard worker and person who is really good at her position.”
“Chris, the manager at this Enterprise location, took care of my cousin and me and made the whole thing painless. He was attentive, quick, and friendly from start to finish, and his team matched that same energy. I will say this as a business owner: Chris is exactly the kind of team member you want representing your company. I hope Enterprise is compensating him well, because if not, someone else will happily hire him.”
“My agent Seth Harper was great ..We ran into a rental situation my vehicle needed oil change and due to company policy the vehicle was not allowed to be rented ...He made some quick moves and quick reconditioned of previously returned vehicle and I was on my way .. He cares about his customers and I left there happy ..Thank you Seth (Ocala )”
“I've rented from this Enterprise/National location a couple times now, and every experience has been excellent. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I especially want to recognize Gino. Both times I rented a vehicle and returned it, he made the entire process quick and effortless. I was in and out in no time. He always had a smile on his face, a great attitude, and you can tell he truly enjoys taking care of customers. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it reflects very well on Enterprise and National. It's easy to rent a car. It's much harder to make the experience pleasant and memorable. Gino and the rest of the team do exactly that. If you're renting from this location, you can expect great service!”
“I recently rented an Avis vehicle for one month from the Ocala Pine Street location, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Ricky, who I believe is the station manager. I've been renting from Avis for more than 40 years, and I can honestly say that Ricky provided some of the finest customer service I've experienced. From the moment I arrived, he had everything organized, completed the rental quickly and efficiently, and had me on the road in no time. The vehicle was excellent, and the entire rental process was seamless. When I returned the car 30 days later, I was pleased to find that Ricky was there again. He handled the return with the same professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude that I experienced at pickup. While I was there, I also observed him assisting other customers with the same level of courtesy and organization. Employees like Ricky are a tremendous asset to Avis. His commitment to customer service reflects exceptionally well on the company. I will certainly continue renting from Avis, as I have for the past four decades, and thanks to the outstanding service I received from Ricky, I will gladly make the Ocala Pine Street location my preferred rental location in the future. Thank you, Ricky, for a job exceptionally well done”
“Service was professional and friendly. Checkout was quick. I will use them again. They are open weekends but pay attention to they closing times because they vary.”
“Service dept is great. I pull into the service lane and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. When I got my car back all the pollen was gone because my Camry was put in the car wash. Never expected that and was a nice surprise. Highly recommend Deluca Toyota ???”
“The guys here are great. They are quick and their customer service rocks. Whenever my company books through them, the pickup and drop off process are always smooth.”
“This location came through when Enterprise didn't show up for a Saturday reservation that I had. We were able to rent a moving truck within minutes. The staff is super friendly and informative.”
“Every time I go to pick up my rental I am always treated like a valued customer. I feel like my business is appreciated. The staff are very kind courteous and helpful. The customer service is impeccable. I love the Avis staff.”
“i dropped off my rental today between 4:30 - 5. i’m not sure who the man was working behind the desk, but he was very kind and patient with all my questions. He greeted me and got me out of there expeditiously. Thank you!”
“The rental agent was very kind and professional during in my pickup and dropped off. The car was clean and drove very well. The price was good, and yes I most definitely will be renting a car again from Buget car rental.”
