I especially want to recognize Gino. Both times I rented a vehicle and returned it, he made the entire process quick and effortless. I was in and out in no time. He always had a smile on his face, a great attitude, and you can tell he truly enjoys taking care of customers. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and it reflects very well on Enterprise and National.

“I recently rented an Avis vehicle for one month from the Ocala Pine Street location, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Ricky, who I believe is the station manager.
I've been renting from Avis for more than 40 years, and I can honestly say that Ricky provided some of the finest customer service I've experienced. From the moment I arrived, he had everything organized, completed the rental quickly and efficiently, and had me on the road in no time. The vehicle was excellent, and the entire rental process was seamless.
When I returned the car 30 days later, I was pleased to find that Ricky was there again. He handled the return with the same professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude that I experienced at pickup. While I was there, I also observed him assisting other customers with the same level of courtesy and organization.
Employees like Ricky are a tremendous asset to Avis. His commitment to customer service reflects exceptionally well on the company.
