“We came in late after traveling almost 24 hrs with our infant and toddler and Bradley and Tiffani were so nice helpful! Tiffani helped bring up our luggage to our room and was kind and nice to my toddler. The next day we went to our car and accidentally left our lights on since we were sleep deprived so our battery was dead. Bradley came in for the win and saved the day by jumping our car before his shift (which I'm pretty sure he clocked in late because he was helping us but he didn't even hesitate to help us!). We were a complete mess with the time change and the staff was just amazing! My husband couldn't sleep since we were 6 hrs behind (Hawaii time) and he went down stairs at 2am and Samantha was so nice and helped talk to my husband till he was tired. Overall, the staff made the stay wonderful! The breakfast food was also really good and a good variety and selection. Definitely would recommend!”

“We stayed in this location for a night since my husband was attending orientation for a local job. Check-in was a breeze, and the lady upfront was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and more than enough to stay one night. The pool tbh sucks. Super small and the max depth us 4ft. Their fitness center is really good and their machines are in good shape. “This hotel definitely gets above 5 stars for great customer service, cozy rooms, huge breakfast selections. All of the staff like Necey, Renee, Emilio and Willie treat their guests like family and there is no other hotel I would ever stay at in Ocala but this one because of all of them. “The an that runs it like having your papaw or dad there. Cool place nice rooms and he doesn't rent by the night. It's more of a im staying here till I find a permanent place or you can chance the Salvation Army. They were awesome for people with kids or babies. I really like being there but alot of the women were always trying to get over on the workers and they are not stupid. Or gullible .Just find make other arrangements for yourself if you can't follow simple rules. Just know thousands of people have rolled thru there so there's nothing they see or had pulled on then. It just not worth getting trespassed by MCSO . And you'll never allowed on the property again. I've seen it its not pretty. Remember to try be courteous these just work there they aren't magicians. Just be cool. Don't let your kids be super loud.”

“I don't remember the guy name who checked me in.. but he was amazing... def recomm this place. The room is nice. Bug oh bed that comfy. We are only here for one night. Getting on a bis and geading back north to home.... if I ever come to florida again . I'd def stay here... staff is very polite.”

“What a delightful experience it is definitely a diamond in the rough, don't be deterred by the outside appearance when we got in the room it's very well maintained and clean the hotel itself is very quiet. And the beds were very comfy. When we're in the area in the future we'll actually stay here and they have plenty of parking.”

“This property is one of the best full service Hilton properties in Ocala, Florida that carries a Curio Collection feel. We had the opportunity to stay overnight while on a business trip. The check-in process was seamless, the scenic views of downtown Ocala were an awesome highlight, the location of the rooftop dining was intriguing while enjoying a wonderful chef prepared dinner. The spacious rooms were “fresh” which accompanied a great bed and amenities . As a Diamond member, I enjoyed the food and beverage credit provided to use towards a cooked to order breakfast in an open floor atmosphere that started my day with wonderful rays of natural light.

The General Manager was a standout as he wore a pin on his left lapel that said “believe”. He was very professional and carried the presence of one managing a 5 star property. His hospitality was indeed consistent while seeing him present both days, engaging with guest and staff while making sure operations was maintained.

One significant observation was while having breakfast , there were over a dozen workers dressed in black uniforms coming out of a room with notebooks, smiles and having a group spirit of happiness. They appeared to be leaving a meeting or training that I assumed was inspirational before each of them were distributed into their different departments. To witness a company that cares about the morale of their employees is golden. After research, I understood why this property is superb and should be credited to the honor of owners Mr. Danny Gaekwad and wife whom passion for the people has exceeded expectations on so many levels significantly in Ocala.

I have traveled extensively around the world and have not seen such excellence, high staff standards, professionalism, class and sophistication, well maintained and secured property, exclusive amenities that were provided in what is posted as a “3 star rated property” according to Hilton ranks.

I highly recommend this 5 star hidden gem property for business, Conferences, pleasure, leisure, family trips and much more. You will not be disappointed. Book now and thank me later!”

“Room was pretty clean. Little older, so has some rough spots. Cleaning could get in some corners a little better. Staff was friendly and polite. Priced good. Bed comfortable. Water pressure good and hot. For a night or while escaping a hurricane, this is a good place to stop.”

“Spoke with a front desk attendant about an incorrect change onto my room account. I let her know that I already brought it up to another front desk clerk and she had said she would correct the error. When I was checking out I asked her about the charge and she agreed that it was never removed. I asked her could she remove it before I check out she said that the charge was too old and she couldn't do anything about it. She just said the other clerk should have done it but she didn't so she can't do anything to remove it. My main problem is rather than to say im get with someone and we will correct it. It was like all well I didn't do it so it's too bad.”
