“I had been to different stores looking to purchase a laptop. A friend suggested I try Staples. I am an elderly woman and everywhere I went I was treated like one. Completely ignored. David at Staples did not treat me any differently than talking to anyone else. He explained each laptop and asked questions about what I needed it for. He was very helpful and helped me choose the one I actually needed. After 2 months, it was hacked and I took it in to Staples and they cleaned it all up in a satisfactory time line. I would refer Staples to anyone!”
