We have our regular business mail delivered there, including parcels of all shapes and sizes, and have bought postage stamps and standard boxes. In addition to the routine transactions, PakMail has also made custom-sized boxes and crates for a very reasonable price and, on the larger side, we use PakMail for shipping and receivng pallets 2-3 times a year. The service could not be better and the price is a great value!”

“The name of the placenis called Pak Mail. Got some packages dropped off that a typical FedEx ship drop off location can't take. They also advertise shipping oversized items and can make shipping packaging to fit those items. May come in handy for future reference. They also have typical shipping items to purchase such as boxes, bubble wrap, tape, even some turnstiles of cards to choose from.”

“This is the place to go! So much faster than UPS, or FedEx, and everybody is faster than the post office. Friendly, locally owned, and it’s a one stop shop. They do USPS, UPS, FedEx, and even DHL. They were very friendly and helpful in finding boxes and containers for my packages, let me use the tape, and showed me how to save a couple bucks on shipping. I don’t think I’ll go to any of the corporate owned stores anymore and deal with that headache. Friendly, quick, local service is refreshing.”

“My husband gave me a bunch of documents that needed to be copied. Some were stapled, a few double-sided, the whole stack was a couple inches. I sighed and thought too bad there are no more Kinko's around anymore. After stopping by Staples, I was quickly greeted by Mariah, the copy assistant. She not only helped me with the copier machine and gave me a staple remover to use, but also assisted THREE other customers at the same time! I found out she was the only one working today ( Sat) and she was very efficient and kept checking back with me. Who am I kidding? She pretty much stayed by my side and helped. I REALLY appreciated her help and kindness. If it hadn't been for her, I know I would've been exasperated and in the store much longer. Staples is lucky to have her as an employee :)”

I have had three deliveries and four pick ‘em up’s in the past 8 months, and I have been thoroughly impressed with every person I’ve spoke to, bar none. Roosevelt, the wonderful man who drives the big delivery truck is such a pleasure to interact with; I have enjoyed every conversation.They don’t sugar coat things, they don’t bend reality to get business, and they treat customers with respect. “The guy working was very nice and helpful. My complaint is how weird it was to find and just to go to with it being a distribution center. It just looked like a busy factory, you drove up to shipping and receiving and the entrance into the office was hard to find. The driver (must be new, according to the guy in the office). When we asked why our package was being held there, because the email my husband got said the receiver requested it be held, which was NOT true, he said we'll have to get the package and look at the note. Come to find out the driver held it because he didn't want to drive down our road, he labeled it bad road. There is some washout on one side, about 6feet then it's fine until you get to some sugar sand, but we all get delivery trucks up and down this road daily. Very aggravating!”

Like most things in the Citrus area, it's well worth it to take the extra drive and go into Ocala.For anyone in Citrus County - this isn't run by the jerk that owns the franchises in Citrus Hills and Inverness, and unlike those locations, the employees are friendly and helpful.”
