“The delivery was prompt. I had told the office when I ordered the Propane that the tank was accessible from the street. Unfortunately, the delivery driver apparently did not get that message and drove twice around my residential driveway rather than staying on the roadway and apparently left some white-ish residue on the drive pavement.
I also wish that the office would take the credit card information and hold it until delivery, then charge the correct amount. It seems you have to prepay for a specific amount of fuel before delivery, and then you end up with an account credit that takes a while to get refunded.
But I am very thankful for the local availability and the quick delivery.”
