so I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to go through drive through. The teller was very nice and he quickly dispersed the money to me at the drive through. It would have been nice to go to the ATM and withdraw money immediately.”
“Before we arrived we were determined to close the savings account .. however the manager Troy Tolbert turned the experience with this branch and the bank completely around. The account was not explained correctly by the previous banking individual prior so very upset when received a statement. Troy took the time to break it down and due to him caring about my mother as a customer... Not only did he save her account but she is considering moving her credit accounts her also... I've also referred several business clients to see Troy and his staff for their banking needs. I would recommend this branch to anyone that ask me. For personal or business banking...
