As per schedule I met this wonderful lady named Ms. Maria Mihaylova. she walked us through every step of information in detail and with required information from us we got our account opened within a given period of time. Interaction with Ms. Maria was so smooth, total respectful and very professional.
before that I try things done at two other locations but couldn't go through well.

“I have had this bank for years, & this has always been my go to branch. Whenever I go in they are always friendly no matter who I see, and they always recognize me (even when I don't recognize them) and ask about my parents. On multiple occasions they have given me invaluable advice and talked me through sticky situations, always bending over backwards to help me get what I need, which sometimes includes them coming up with creative solutions. Super friendly and knowledgeable people, great to go to not only for banking but also for learning about anything money related. Fifth third app is also great and very user friendly.”

When we wanted to make an offer on a motorhome in San Diego, they gave us the Cashiers Check to take us. Try that with BofA. The negative feed back I see posted here may be due to customers with bad credit blaming PCU instead of themselves. Twenty years of being a very satisfied customer.”
