“This is without a doubt the best Regions bank. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. From the very first time we walked into the Hamlin branch our family felt so welcomed. Julie has been our personal banker for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. My aging parents recently moved to the area in order to be closer and I immediately recommended they switch to Regions and called Julie. She treated my parents with kindness and respect. “We have had nothing but excellent service with Ameris Bank…we have been customers since April and every time we go into the branch the employees are nothing but friendly…last time we went in we needed some documents notarized…I wasn’t sure if that was a service they provided…we finished our business and the assistant manager notarized all our documents…every person working there that we have had the pleasure of dealing with has always been very professional and courteous…we highly recommend them”

“What an absolute pleasure to do business at this location. A complete 180° from my experience at the E Silverstar Rd location. I was greeted and treated so kindly. My checking account was closed unexpectedly due to "suspicious activity" (whatever that means). After calling the number they told me to multiple times, trying to get in touch with someone who could give me information, no one was able to give me any information as to why the account was closed. I went to the E Silverstar Rd branch to see if someone at the branch could give me more information, but they treated me like an inconvenience and again could not give me information, and told me to call a number and told me they could unlock my account. When I called the number, they told me they couldn't unlock my account and treated me very rudely. When going to this location in Winter Garden, everyone was so kind and helpful to me and they even called to find out more information for me. I would recommend this branch to anyone.”

“Want to tell my experience with the banker JT Tomko. I came Friday at 9 AM, and my banker Angel was late because of traffic, “poor guy”, so JT took me over. I’ve never seen a professional like him. When we wanted to make an offer on a motorhome in San Diego, they gave us the Cashiers Check to take us. Try that with BofA. The negative feed back I see posted here may be due to customers with bad credit blaming PCU instead of themselves. Twenty years of being a very satisfied customer.”
