55 West Apartments is a luxury apartment community located in downtown Orlando, Florida, on Church Street. It offers a wide range of pet-friendly floor plans, including sky lofts, penthouse suites, and studios, along with 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments. The building is designed for modern living and features renovated units that are highly praised for their contemporary design, large floor plans, high ceilings, and many windows with balconies. Residents enjoy a clean, quiet environment with great amenities, such as a beautiful pool and a dog park. The location provides easy access to dining, nightlife, and entertainment, making it a desirable place to call home. However, residents note that living near the Kia Center can sometimes lead to garage congestion during events, and noise from nearby fire stations and bars can be an issue for those needing quiet, especially on the side facing the fire station. Despite this, many residents appreciate the city living experience and the modern design of the apartments. Staff at 55 West Apartments are frequently praised for their friendly, helpful, and attentive service. Leasing consultants and property managers go above and beyond to ensure smooth move-ins and address residents’ needs. Residents mention that their move-in days are made easier thanks to staff support, and the overall management team is appreciated for their support. The community offers a welcoming environment with amenities like a pool and dog park, providing a comfortable and enjoyable living experience in downtown Orlando.
Had an amazing time doing the hawkers event tonight! We learned how to make spring rolls :) Also maintenance team here is 10/10, love them so much! They’re always there same day if I make my request before 1pm. Just renewed for a 3rd year, super happy here!
