The past couple of months have been a total nightmare and disaster. Unfortunately, the effort and customer service we received in the beginning have not carried over. This place has a high turnover of employees, and I can imagine why.
Multiple tenants and I are currently having significant issues with our chilled water AC units. Our utility bills have skyrocketed by $300, and yet management continues to dismiss us, asking the same questions over and over every month. They are not fixing the issue.
This AC problem is just one example of the incompetence of this management, which I will continue to report with documented proof and facts

I’ve been here for a few months. I love it here.- the staff is always friendly and I appreciate all the work you do.- but!!! I would give a reminder we live across the street from the Kia center!! And at times the garage gets slammed for an event. To all new residents!! Act accordingly.- other than that, enjoy!! This a great place to call home.

I recently moved into 55 West and want to give a huge thank you to Donna, my leasing consultant. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth. She took the time to accommodate my needs, double-checked details, and even followed up after the move to make sure everything worked out. That level of care really made a difference and set the tone for a great experience here.
I also want to recognize Marvin, the property manager, for his support in helping me get the unit, and Kaiomi for making move in day easy by helping with the keys and final details.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. Special thanks again to Donna for her outstanding service, she made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

I lived here from 2022-2023, and my only complaint is the extreme noise level on fire station side of building (the side I was on) and bar noise on the other side. The windows are soundproof but sirens can definitely bleed through even on the upper floors, so if you work night shift and need to nap during the day, I would be mindful of that before moving in.
I also had a few minor issues with the concierge not able to find my mail, but overall this building is city living at its finest. The renovated units are by far the most modern design in Orlando and I really enjoyed living here overall. I had a large studio and it had the most incredible, interesting large floor plan with so many windows, high ceilings, and two balconies. I loved it!

Donna made my cross-country move so much easier! Even though there was a small hiccup with my unit, she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and settled in. The pool is beautiful, the dog park is a huge plus, and once you get the hang of the garage, everything is great.
