“Not exactly thrilled to ever give five stars to a company that tows in our inner HOA community for street parking… however..,… Credit where credit is due.
Regardless of how chaotic or “creative” HOA boards can be, this company showed real morals and good faith by not towing during the holidays, giving residents peace of mind to enjoy family gatherings without added stress. That matters.
One simple phone call with the owner brought more reassurance than anything we received from our HOA. Because of that conversation, our board ultimately issued a memo to all residents in the community announcing a temporary suspension of towing for the holidays entirely due to the towing company’s good faith.
When the HOA didn’t give us peace of mind, this company did. And for that, they’ve earned this five-star review.
