“We were referred to Josh through a friend and can't say enough good things about his service. Josh was responsive, followed up and provided competitive pricing to ship my daughters car from NJ to Indiana. The transport carrier was very good as well. My daughter received her car safe and sound. We will definitely use Josh and his team again.”

“What can I say about Thermo King in Winter Garden... After spending several hundred's of dollars adding to a few thousand with several other mechanic shops in the area, I got to speak with Mr. Rob Race (Senior Account Executive) he then introduced me to Rafael Perez (Service Manager) Rafael took a look at my Transport 24 Passenger Unit and said... I can get it fix... That was like a star falling from the Sky. A week later my vehicle was repaired and so far my AC is working like a charm. I highly recommend this group of Professionals, Rafael went all the way out and beyond reparing my vehicle. Also the assistance and professional administrative support from Angel at the reception desk, was always informative and kept me up to date with the operational functions. KUDOS to Thermo King of the Southeast... Thank you, Thank you, Thank you... The students in Winter Garden Karate are also Happy about the Sweat Box been Fixed :-) and they said Sensei... say Thank you to the Mechanics and to Your Team ! Blessings !”

“Maxi was a great pick for us. Desperately needed a ride after a festival cause no uber or lyft would connect and we called him and took us to our hotel without hesitation. Great service from MACKSRIDE. Impecable cars, comfort and great conversation! Will always count on this company when I come to Orlando. Congrats!”

“I had an emergency tow request after picking up a vehicle from the auction, and unfortunately, the vehicle broke down on me shortly afterward. I reached out to Car Store, and Cheryl was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding, helpful, and reassured me that they would take care of the situation. Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and her customer service really made a stressful situation much easier. I truly appreciate her help and professionalism. Thank you, Cheryl, for taking care of me!”

“I won’t go on a rant about my experience at the Orlando bus station. Everything was ok however what really set this time apart from other visits was a lady named April. Coming from New York at 9am, I was greeted by April with a radiant smile and a delightful attitude. She helped me calm down and retrieve my bus ticket. She was polite, diligent, and attentive. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced at a transportation hub. She should be running the “Front of the house operations” at a hotel or nice restaurant. Thank you April and crew, appreciate the kindness. - John”
