“Great experience. Nice station, very clean inside. The little one wanted to ride the train so we got a sleeper car from Winter Park and took it up north. Smooth transition on and off the train although I think they need to make their platforms a lot longer. Especially if you're gonna have people that have to get on and off away from the actual station. that's a little weird to me especially if the weather is bad. Otherwise, be ready to get on the train and be on time. They only stopped for a few seconds then they pull off. They will leave you lol.”

“I cannot give enough praise for Air Animals! My fiance and I were relocating to Uruguay from St. Louis, Missouri and wanted to bring our 9 month old English Bulldog puppy with us. Unfortunately, many of the airlines have banned these brachycephalic breeds and we were facing the very real possibility of having to leave Myrna behind.After some research, I came across a website that listed various animal relocation services, Air Animals being one of the top rated and recommended. I can see why!After putting in an online inquiry, I was contacted shortly by Krystal, who explained the process to me over the phone very thoroughly and clearly. Within the next few weeks, she provided me a listing of everything that would be needed - travel crate, vet checks, required tests, documents. All clearly outlined with specific due dates. Even in my own research online, many of the sites did not tell me I would need to get a Leishmania test for Myrna in order to get into Uruguay!Krystal was also incredibly patient and flexible with me. As a nervous dog mom, I am sure I emailed her over the average amount with questions - she never expressed any sort of frustration. She clearly answered my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would follow up with a resource and get back to me at a later point. I never felt left out of the loop or in the dark.The days of travel would have been unbearably stressful for me; knowing that Myrna is a snubbed nosed breed had me on edge. However, the photos provided by Air Animals and their affiliates in Chicago and Germany, showed that Myrna was doing remarkably well and being well taken care of! The facilities were amazing and looked better than I could have expected - clean, orderly, warm. I was blown away!Myrna arrived safely in Uruguay and, after a day or two of adjusting, became her old self in no time! Uruguay has proven to be an oasis for her - she's living her best life, having "zoomies" sessions more than when we lived in the States! This would not have been possible without Air Animals.I sincerely hope that Uruguay will be our "forever" home but, if not, then I will certainly look to Air Animals first for any pet relocation that is needed. They went above and beyond my expectation and I am so happy I found them!”

“This was our 3rd visit to Orlando but our first time using Florida Van Rentals and I was very pleased with the overall experience. From booking the rental a few months back, there was plenty of communication about what was needed and when, where, and how I would retrieve my vehicle. The price I got for a 12 passenger van was very reasonable and the customer service was always very pleasant. I also enjoyed the fact the vehicle pick-up was counter free. That is always my least favorite part of the rental process so being able to avoid the additional upselling and passive aggressive vehicle inspection of prior damages with a service rep was a welcome change.The van we received was in fair/good condition but most importantly, we got the large vehicle we needed to transport our family of 10 around town and easily accommodated our several pieces of luggage. This company even went above and beyond after our rental and returned/shipped an item to me that we left in the van. The return process was seamless and all instructions I was provided worked as expected. Will absolutely 100% use this company next time we visit Orlando. This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had renting a vehicle.”

“Bandango was easy to book and pickup/drop off was even easier. I did get lost (make a right upon passing the gates) but that was on me. When I called the help line for directions, they guided me swiftly to pick up. The staff member showed me the van, let me know the condition in which I should return it, and how to drop it off. Helped make a surprise birthday party even better! (Also, if you didn’t know, these vans are extremely comfortable to drive. I usually drive a rav4 and this was even easier almost…except for any sharp turns)”

“Just got a tow from AA&D and they were at my house fast. The service was great, we were on the road and at the mechanic fast. The price was probably the cheapest I've ever gotten for a tow and the driver was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely call next time I need a tow.”
