Midgard Self Storage
2631 Maguire Rd, Ocoee FL 34761
“Exceptional Customer Service from Ms. Donna! My experience at Midgard Storage in Ocoee was absolutely wonderful, and Ms. Donna deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. From the very first time I visited, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Every time I came onto the property, she greeted me, asked if I needed anything, and made sure I was taken care of. During one especially scorching day, Ms. Donna even brought me bottled water, such a thoughtful gesture that truly showed how much she cared. She also listened to the information I provided about my storage needs and recommended a different storage option that turned out to be the perfect solution for me. Whenever I forgot my entry information, she was quick and happy to assist. Her communication, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience a pleasure. The facility was clean, a lock was provided, and the customer service was exceptional. If I ever need storage again, Midgard Storage in Ocoee will absolutely be my first choice and Ms. Donna is a huge reason why. I highly recommend Midgard Storage, especially for the exceptional service and care provided by Ms. Donna! ❤”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2631 Maguire Road, Ocoee FL 34761
“Donna was friendly and humorous and efficient. Humor really helps break the tension when you're renting a truck. You rent a truck to move big things or numerous small things, and you know you're facing a timeline and a potential back ache. The pick up process for my Cargo van could not have been smoother. It looks like a well secured storage facility that I would not hesitate to use should I ever have short term storage needs. 5 Stars. The best vehicle rental experience I've ever had. :)”

“If you want to improve, you can close the spot over on Maguire RdI think it’s Midgard storage rentals. All they do is take reservations and then don’t have the trucks and send the people to you where you guys have to do all the work. Not fair, not cool. #Midgardstinks!!!”
