My experience at Midgard Storage in Ocoee was absolutely wonderful, and Ms. Donna deserves special recognition for her outstanding customer service. From the very first time I visited, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Every time I came onto the property, she greeted me, asked if I needed anything, and made sure I was taken care of.

During one especially scorching day, Ms. Donna even brought me bottled water, such a thoughtful gesture that truly showed how much she cared. She also listened to the information I provided about my storage needs and recommended a different storage option that turned out to be the perfect solution for me.

Whenever I forgot my entry information, she was quick and happy to assist. Her communication, positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience a pleasure.

The facility was clean, a lock was provided, and the customer service was exceptional. If I ever need storage again, Midgard Storage in Ocoee will absolutely be my first choice and Ms. Donna is a huge reason why.
