I run my own business and typically have multiple transactions to complete. I prefer credit unions over large banks due to the personal service and Midflorida does this very well. So much so I prefer to park and go in versus using the drive through. I also have a BOA account and avoid going there due to the service. I also appreciate the hours of availability at Midflorida. Being open from 7 to 7, means I am able to get personal service at times that are convenient to my business. “I came here today because I was in the neighborhood. I heard that one of these locations has bank tellers in person. When pulling up, I thought this one may be the one because of the size. Much larger than my local branch. When inside, I had to go one of the automated tellers. Jazmin took care of my transaction. Maybe one day I will find out where the regular tellers are.”

“I do most of my banking online using the MidFlorida app which is an excellent piece of software compared to others I have used. I don't usually need to go to the branch but when I do the people there are more than friendly and helpful. Every time I leave I think to myself how lucky I am to be with this Bank. They are very accommodating and I have never left not getting what I needed accomplished. When I first was a mid Florida customer the only branch near me was quite a drive and very hard to get in and out of. When they opened a branch very near my home I was overjoyed. It made everything much simpler and I can just drop in anytime without having to fight traffic. So location location location, yes it does make a difference. I would recommend not only this bank but most especially this Branch to anyone looking to change financial institutions. I don't have a lot of money but they treat me like an important customer regardless of my financial situation. I'm never made it to feel 'less than', & it makes a difference.”
