“Absolutely wonderful people and experience. I have been trying to print on by Bambu A1 all week for my sons birthday and was very pleasantly surprised to find out we have a local store right in Trinity. They are set up like a warehouse and dropped what they were doing to help me and talked the issues with the printer and gave recommendations. I have been home for 20 minutes, switched out the nozzle and trying out the new plate and filament on the project and it’s printing perfectly already!! I would have taken too long to get these items from Amazon.”

The staff here are incredibly kind, polite, and helpful, making you feel genuinely welcome the moment you walk through the door. The store environment is exceptionally friendly, bright, and positive. On top of the great customer service, the entire store is impressively clean and well-organized. It is clear that the team takes great pride in their work and cares about their customers. Highly recommended!”
