“I had a very frustrating experience switching our family back to T-Mobile after our phone numbers were ported from AT&T. We ended up with multiple activation issues, incorrect IMEI assignments, and no working phones for several hours. After spending a lot of time with support, Tyler took ownership of the problem, dug into the details, found the root cause, and got everything corrected.
He was knowledgeable, patient, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Thanks to his persistence, all three of our phones are now working properly.
Customer service can make all the difference, and Tyler definitely turned a stressful situation into a positive outcome. Thank you, Tyler, for sticking with it and getting us back up and running!”
“Susan at store 1967 in trinity was probably the nicest human i have interacted with in a long time. I havent been to a target in literal years but i will go back to this one just on the chance of running into her!!”
