I spent nearly an hour on a T Mobile phone call, they finally advised that i go to a local Store. Rebecca met me and worked very efficiently to correct the problem. She at times asked questions to her co workers and store manager. She finally unlocked the phone and everything on it was not lost, which I was told by another place would happen. She is outstanding in her job and with such a friendly manner.”

“Wife & I got new phones but a few days later my phone wouldn't re-charge. Unfortunately, it would take a couple of days to get a replacement. In the meantime, both my wife and I decided to get I pads. Elvin wasn't a salesman. He was just being helpful and went above & beyond his job description.
Side note: the store is always spotlessly clean & smells like the cleaning crew just left.

“They were stocked up and had great slushy options and they tasted great! The worker Jacob was so sweet and welcoming, love him for sure. I came with my mom and the very second we walked in he was all smiles and super sweet when greeting us Ik that is what they are supposed to do but sometimes very rare coming from gas stations. When we came to the front my mom asked him for his opinion on which ticket she should buy and he was seemed ready for that question gave us his opinion. I mean I went to a gas station, asked a question and they didn’t answer me because of their headphones. This was not the case with Robert. Great experience overall I hope all their employees are like that because when they greet you like that they will have great ratings I mean when we left he even said Have a blessed day like so nice.”

“The ATT store on Little Rd. Is great. Matt was wonderful and patient helping me on more than one occasion. The ATT store on 19S by the Walmart avoid at all costs!! Two diff. employees tried to take advantage of me as a Senior and signed me up for 2 different contracts I never agreed to. Matt at Little Rd. ATT went oit of his way and spent more than an hour to undo everything to get it off my bill.”
