“I was looking for a mattress. I wanted to SEE what was available. It had been 16 years since I had bought a mattress.
My friends had a great experience at this store in September, on Labor Day Weekend.
I knew that Labor Day, Black Friday Sale , and Memorial Day were the times to buy a mattress.
When I walked in the store, Billy the salesman approached me. He explained what the differences in Mattress were.
He asked me if I had looked on line & took the test on what you wanted. I said yes, but I didn’t remember… He asked me what I wanted, was it a firm mattress, coils, coils and foam… Billy explained the differences and asked me to try the one… then he had me try another, and I went back to the first one, and preferred that one…Then he took me to another mattress to compare that one with the one that I liked.
I attempted one more, but the first one was the Best for me!!!
I did get the Black Friday pricing, and it is being delivered this Sunday, November 16th.
Billy explained all the features of Mattress Firm Company. He was very knowledgeable in mattresses. Billy was a NO PRESSURE SALESMAN!!!”

“The salesman was FANTASTIC! However, the sign about 120 day trial or your money back is deceptive. You have to read the fine print because they charge you $249 to return the mattress. The signage should be updated or removed because a star doesn’t explain anything.”

“It was 9:25pm (closing time) and Carol welcomed me to check out with so much joy! Chit chatting I told her I was moving, she shared info on Home Sense and educated me on the credit card for me to save during moving. She has such a filling personality.
The manager Blake (cool blonde and black hair style) was amazing as well, really treated me like a valued customer.
The store is clean, organized, and has lots of options.”

“I've had multiple cars coated by Garry Dean over the past several years. Most recently, he prepped and coat my new 2025 GR Supra. He did an amazing job as always. My previous car (a 2020 STi) still looked amazing when I sold it thanks to the coating that I got from Garry as well as the products of his that i use to maintain my vehicles. “I just received and set up my Fjord Rome Relaxer and am quite pleased with the price and quality of the chair. I hesitated at first to purchase the chair out of state, but Mike Ilseman is a reputable seller and was amazingly responsive to every question I have had. The delivery date quoted was conservative, but the chair came about two weeks after I ordered it - much faster than I had expected. The chair is quite sturdy and has a heavy base. It should easily outlast me.”
