This place is clean and secure with a clear protocol, easy to follow instructions, and follow up, if necessary. You are not bombarded with contact and there is no upsale, but are helped by a local employee when you need it.

“Rented online, picked up keys, loaded up a cart and got to my unit to find someone else still moving out. I asked to be moved and was told it would cost me money. So I reloaded my items into my car and waited a few hours until it was free. I’m not quite sure how this happened. The woman who helped me was apologetic but I feel as though there was a better option for the way it all happened.”

“I’ve used other storage facilities in the past, Safeguard Storage is easily the cleanest and most well managed storage facility I’ve ever used. Noticeably, head and shoulders above the rest. David was excellent from start to finish at the Citrus Park location. 5 stars for best monthly rates, cleanliness, well managed, and ease of loading/unloading items. Highly recommend the Citrus Park Safeguard Storage location!”

“This storage facility has been a HUGE blessing. The facility manager, George, has helped me out a great deal getting my unit back in my hands. He always answers promptly and happily, doing everything he can no matter what! Not to mention he stays positive and does his job very well! Even helped me get the cheapest option for my unit :) I’m so happy I chose this ExtraSpace and will continue doing business here every time I need it. HIGHLY recommend coming here if you need to!!! :D I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!”

“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Writing another review...My daughter needed help moving and I knew the only movers I would ever trust are these guys. David, Ivan and Anthony were professional and friendly. They arrived early and moved everything so efficiently and quickly. I am so happy that Tony was able to help my daughter out with her move. I started out with some issues but Rhonda and the management team made sure that my issues were resolved and that i was happy with the process. The after hours access is an awesome feature as well.
