“I’m so late on making this review, I do apologize for that. I just want to give a shout out to Phil’s collision for bringing my car back to life. My vehicle was stolen and the thief’s that decided to joy ride in my new car which is (2-yr old) they did some minor but major damage (to me) thanks to Phil’s they helped me get my car back looking like it was never damaged . Everyone I spoke to was super nice, answered all and any questions I had and was just so supportive with what I was going through. Thank you guys again so so much.”

“Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.I came to these guys in what seemed to be the depths of despair, after having someone else misdiagnose my car and paying for repairs that weren't needed and weren't done correctly. Walter was extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation and he and his crew took their time to properly diagnose and fix my car. They didn't try to upsell me, or tell me that there was more wrong with my car than what there was. After months of having anxiety Everytime I drove somewhere. I now have confidence and peace of mind in my car again. It was also a breath of fresh air to not be talked down to, just because I'm a woman. They treated me with dignity and respect and I will forever bring this car and any future vehicles to them. I can't recommend them enough!”
“I broke down late one afternoon and had to be towed to Daniel's. They said it would be "the day after tomorrow" before they could fix it. But when they found out I was from Georgia looking for my missing stepmother, they said, "We're getting you out of here today", even though they were about to close. The problem was my starter, and they couldn't get one that late in the day, but I was their first priority the next morning. And then it turned out it wasn't the starter, but a wire going to it, which was $240. less than a starter. How many shops would be that honest nowadays? Larry Siegel and his two sons are great people. I even had them do a major brake job for me instead of doing it back home. Take your vehicles to them! You'll be happy you did!”

“Brian was awesome. Went above and beyond to help me out. Mikey help too and also included some throwback movie trivia. He said if u get the correct answer to his next trivia question, he will buy you a soda!!! You must ask for Mikey for your chance to get a free soda, and u have to come in the store to get your soda. No trivia questions over the phone... Did I mention they pull whatever part you need. Once u find the part that u need, take a picture with ur phone, bring it to the front desk, and then the best part after that is. You have to do it is just sit in the Air Conditioning and wait for them to load it up for ya.... High Five guys... Don't forget to ask Mikey about the free soda!!!”

Finally went to Lake Sumter Transmission and they found my problem in my cooling line and fixed it and cleaned the underside of my of my car also. Brian was very helpful and professional. “Great communication with daily updates. They answered all of my questions and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me more information about the claim process than the at fault driver’s insurance adjuster. Paint looks great. I had a question with a sensor after the work was complete and they made sure it was working as it should, even though it was on a part of the vehicle that was not worked on. Above and beyond customer service and excellent work”

“Took my 2010 Kia Soul into Reynolds last week and was back in it that afternoon with ice cold AC. Honest as they come and extremely fair pricing. I took my car to another shop the week before and after two days of bringing it in at 8 am, they never even touched it. A week later my car is still pumping out very cold air. “My car A/C went warm on my 2010 Camaro and the dealership estimated over 900$ to get fixed.Instead I took my car to S&R and Trevor was able to diagnose the problem within MINUTES.He showed me exactly what the problem was and told me to run down to the nearest Autozone to get the parts.Half an hour later my A/C was blowing ice cold and he also fixed a coolant leak.He then changed a spark plug on my dad’s 2007 Chevy Silverado that he was not able to get to.I paid 75$ for all the parts. SEVENTY-FIVE. The dealer was going to charge nearly a grand for something that was fixed under an hour.To top it all off, Trevor tried to not charge me a PENNY for labor, but I insisted in paying!The most honest and knowledgeable mechanic i’ve met so far. If it’s car related, you have my word S&R will give you the best service for the most reasonable price. Thanks Trevor!”
“Excellent service, communication, and price. Twice while visiting family in Florida, our Winnebago View has needed a repair. First in 2022, the levelers had issues which Bob fixed, and we have had no issues since. Then in 2023, our Coleman air conditioner decided to give up. “This is for a selling experience. I had a fantastic interaction with Dale today at Honest Autos. I had wanted to sell my old 2014 Mazda and looked it up on Kelley Blue Book. KBB has an option to get a cash offer from 3 local dealers and Honest Auto was one of my options. I went to another dealer first and they told me if I wasn't planning on trading it in, they wouldn't give me as much money. They even recommend going to Honest Autos. I appreciated their honesty.When I got to Honest Autos, I was promptly greeted and asked to wait until their Buyer Agent, Dale, was free (I didn't make an appointment). He was ready for me in about 10 minutes. Dale was super friendly and knowledgeable. He and and another employee (I assume a mechanic), took my car out for a test drive. He came back, reviewed their findings and also reviewed the Kelley Blue Book offer. I had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed that altered the price by about $200 but I thought that was fair. I had done my research ahead of time and had a range in mind given the age and condition of my car. As a side note, this dealer is extremely accomodating. They had sent me an email and text once Kelley Blue Book notified them. They are also willing to drive you back home if you sell them your car, or they'll come to your home to do the transaction. My husband followed me, so I didn't need a ride, but that's a nice added service. I was literally out the door in under 30 minutes with a check in hand. I would totally sell a car to them again and I'd recommend them to others for the same service.”

“Tom my advisor and Angela were great, both were extremely courteous, professional and attentive. Great customer service and experience. As far as the quality of work, having personal experience in autobody paint i am extremely conscience on quality of work. Upon pickup there was some debris in the paint, should not have been told it was ready.However, advisor Tom acknowledged and said it would be made right. They kept the car a few more days, and addressed the issues with a smile. Upon pickup a few days later car was perfect, paint match and blend was phenomenal, can't tell its been repaired in the sun or shade. How they blend and re-clear coat is the right way to do repairs. It was delivered clean inside and out. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Team at Jenkins for a job well done.”

“Had my vehicle for less than 24 hours. Replaced the evaporater for the a/c unit. Called 6 other shops, and they either didn't have the time or wanted to keep it for a week or longer. Two of the shops that I called recommend taking it to Michael's, and I'm glad that I did the shop repaired the vehicle in what I consider record time and for half of 4 estimates from other shops. There is no question about who I'll be going to for any further vehicle repairs that may come up.”

“I found myself stuck in a ditch with my coach late at night, with no one to help. My supervisor got in touch with The Truck Shop and asked for emergency support to make it home in time after a long day. The Truck Shop sent a tower whos name was Trevor, never met him before, but he came with a smile and a word of encouragement. Trevor said, "I'll get you home soon."
