We have financed automobiles through them along with our checking and saving account.Fast foward to our life changing events from 2020, changing our lives as well as our financial portfolio that caused a chain of events leaving us making decisions to accommodate our lively hood, but very close to bankruptcy.We made an appointment with a loan officer at our local Leesburg branch to see if we could somehow stop the bleeding and crumbling of our financial outlook.We went to that appointment with bleek expectation of being able to do anything, however we met with Sunita Rodriguez, we relayed our situation and ask for any guidance she could give us. We not only were given advice, but also able to secure a loan that allowed us to save over $30,000 ++ in interest and payents we can comfortably afford. When going back in to discuss a few more options we had the pleasure of working with Jorge Baez when Sunita wasnt available. Jorge was also incredible helping us work through another scenario that saved us even more in intrest and payments that we can comfortably make. We can't express how grateful we are to have such an amazing team to help turn our gray skys bright blue!! They take away overdrafts, no ATM fees at all where ever I go even if charge at ATM your are reimbursed in your account the 3 to 2 dollar fee the next day . Most big banks are hard get personal note loans with . As they not help with parents Mortgage or personal loans much . But my Parents say you guys are very friendly Sandra and Roy Miller . I hope I will have good experience with you guys ! I going give you guys a shot just because my parents say you helpful and kind . Times are rough right now with inflation . I believe banks should be working with customers in fact care to have better turn outcome in ling run for both parties. “I am not a customer of Insight Credit Union but I am reviewing them for my elderly mother who is. A few weeks ago, my mother was the victim of an online romance scam. I found out about it after it was so late and she already mailed the criminals over $22,000 in cash which she withdrew from her retirement. I asked her which bank gave her that much cash without drawing suspicion. She said she went to her credit union, Insight, and they refused to cash it and told her it was a scam. A predatory check cashing business allowed her to cash the check for a $1000 fee with no questions asked. I am so sad my mother lost this money but I'm grateful that Insight looks out for the elderly, unlike Prudential Annuities and Amscot Check Cashing. Great job, Insight!”

The staff has always been friendly though and they are always ready to help us with anything. This was also the first place we went to when we moved onto this town and they were so sweet to us.
