    “I came into the store today here in Okeechobee and I purchased a case of water which unfortunately broke in the parking lot. The cashier quickly notified me that nothing was a problem and that it would all be solved. Another employee came and cleaned up the mess without any hesitation. This was indeed superb customer service and workmanship. It really comforted me to know that people cared and they really cared not only that I purchased but my complete experience.
