Anyone who knows the Q50 knows the battery is not the easiest to change, but Priscilla handled it like a pro. Within no time, she had everything taken apart, the new battery installed, and I was ready to go.
What really stood out was her customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to actually talk with me during the process instead of rushing through it. I felt taken care of from start to finish.
