“I was the victim in a vehicle accident and their insurance sent me to Gerber. From the initial appointment phone call until I dropped my vehicle off. The intake administrator was professional and courteous. The claims adjuster made me feel small upon seeing my 2013 Toyota but I took it all in stride. I know not everyone drives a luxury vehicle I just wish he hadn't made me feel like he was above dealing with such an inferior vehicle. But it was the initial reception that made me feel good about the company. They have the right person greeting and meeting even if she does have to hand them off to someone else.”

“I have a 2014 Prius that had a front fender pulled loose with some minor damage suffered a couple years ago, which I had been keeping secured with duct tape. Finally, some of the plastic undercarriage parts alongside that fender began tearing and dragging on the road while driving. Based on a friend’s recommendation, I contacted Manny at Stingray Customs and asked him to take a look at it and see what he could do. I didn’t want any old parts replaced, just resecured. When I stopped by to have him look at it, Manny immediately did just that. He jacked the side of the car off the ground, grabbed some tools, and within minutes had the fender and the loose undercarriage parts resecured. I couldn’t have been more delighted! Thanks, Manny!”

“Had an estimate for a repair done. They were very fair and honest on the estimate. I went some place else first and said it would cost just over $2000 as parts needed to be replaced. Automation charged just over $200. To tighten the same parts that really did not need to be replaced at the time. Love this place and will not use any one else from now on.”
