The captains chairs made it really easy to load the kids into the very back while the four adults sat in the front two rows.”

This location was down unexpectedly on a Saturday and I desperately needed a car for a medical emergency with my father and she waited around at the other location after closing for me to make it in and had everything already arranged for me and was very compassionate about my situation. This is the way the service industry used to be. Grace is a tremendous asset to Enterprise and a throwback to the old days when people mattered over profit.”
“My car was in the shop at my car dealer's and I was given a rental until my car was fixed. I was taken to Enterprise and walked in to get my rental car. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and gave me a choice of a few cars. I decided on one, we got the paperwork done, and I was on my way! “Rented 3 vans for a youth sports trip. Vans were perfect. Service is what makes the difference though.

“Always a great experience… I rent here a couple times a month. Always a great price and a great car. I have no problem showing I’m insured. All info IS provided in the terms online AND THEY REMIND YOU VIA TEXT THE DAY BEFORE. Nothing is hidden, the people complaining just don’t read or think they’re above the company’s policy. I’ll keep the great rates on new cars if all I have to do is show I’m insured… no reason to hide that. Next thing you know if they rent to people who aren’t insured and take losses their rates will go up. Why do you think the companies that don’t ask for coverage have almost double the daily rate?”
