“Best rental experience of my life! They didn't have the car I reserved (Luxury SUV), and apologized multiple times and gave me the biggest one they had (Dodge Durango R/T). This was a two day reservation and they cut the price in half - $80 for 2 days of a Durango is more than okay with me! On top of that, upon leaving, they noticed the gas tank was not full and told me to just return it empty. Considering it was 2/3 full, this was basically $50 in free gas. Incredibly kind employees and a great experience. I am typically loyal to Hertz but will be returning to Enterprise next time I'm here.”

“I rented a car from Alamo at PIE airport. The kiosks were not working so I did have to stand in line for about 20 minutes. However this is much better than the 2 hours I spent in line at Budget counter our previous flight. The counter clerk was super friendly and everything went smoothly. They ran out of cars but moved us quickly to an upgraded vehicle with no extra charge. Return was easy and no hidden fees. Will definitely rent from Alamo at PIE again.”

“I have to say this was a great experience for us, we made it to the door exactly at 12p on Saturday and was welcomed by Alexis who stayed 30-40 min over her closing time to help us get into a rental for our weekend in Tampa. We had some issues with communication but that was with the call representatives and had nothing to do with local site. There was some confusion with our return time but the branch manager Marissa was very understanding and helped to resolve the issue. When we returned the vehicle we met Kaitlyn who wanted to make sure that we left being satisfied with everything and definitely made sure things were right. Marissa, Alexis and Kaitlin went above and beyond to offer us exceptional service!”
