“Got a Polar pop and when young cashier realized I wasn't a member of their Circle K program which gives the customers discounts, she asked why I hadn't signed up. Told her I had tried but failed several times. She offered to help and slowly directed me through the whole process till I was successfully signed up. I was delighted! Just wish I had asked for her name so I could make sure she got the credit she deserves for her outstanding service. She made Circle K my go to gas station!”

“Recently went to this Speedway to make a purchase. Without going into detail there was an issue with the purchase that was confusing for all parties involved. I ended up overreacting more than I care to admit (while the staff stayed professional and patient with me). I left my name and number and the manager reached out to me a few days later offering an apology for a mixup that happened with the purchase and a refund of my money. The whole transaction was handled incredibly well by the manager and staff and they have made themselves a customer for life in this guy! Forget that Circle K and fancy new 7-Eleven across the street, go to this Speedway!”

“I had an unexpectedly pleasant visit when I went to 711 on 7/30/26. Joy was the only employee working late at night. She was welcoming....said hello when I came in. She was doing busy work cleaning. We had a pleasant conversation....and there were laughs. I will make this store my go to stop on the way home after a long shift....and that's because there's an employee working who cares. Give her a raise 711!!! She's an angel.”

“One of the best stores in the area generally I work overnight shifts and the girl Vanessa that works overnights is able to create a great experience that most gas stations don't have generally knowledgeable about things that I want when I come in and ask rather than just having me go look which I really do appreciate. I'd give this a six star rating if I could, just because I definitely appreciate her great customer service. Give that girl a raise!! Or promotion!”
