“I'm generally very pleased w/ everything I buy at Aldi's. It's rare that I have the urge to return first-time purchases. I've been buying their Vanilla Bean Ice Cream for years. Within the last three weeks though the Vanilla Bean Ice Cream has tasted totally different, for the worse. I even switched to Chocolate, but found this flavor to have been remarkably cheapened. Have we changed purveyors? Have we cheapened the formulation to "combat inflation to maintain our margins? I don't know what the hell's going on, but I've bought my last tub. I'm not a "settler" & will not accept cheapened products.”

“William with the blue eyes in customer service is the best employee ever! I called several auto parts stores and they didn't want to help me with my taillight bulb but William went out of his way to help me, he walked all the way to the back and got me the light bulb and called me back to make sure I knew he had it in stock! I love him so much! He made my day! Bless his heart! He deserves a raise! May God bless him!”

“I like this store. It's clean, easy to find things. I like that they group a lot of their clearance in one aisle so I always check that out. I've gotten some great deals here. Aldi is cheaper for groceries for sure, but I do buy a few things here I can't get at Aldi, Publix, or Target. It's also usually not too busy, so I can usually get in and out pretty quickly doing self checkout. I don't really interact with employees so I'm not sure about the service as I never need help with anything.”
