“Had an issue closing an account for one phone from a guy that worked for me 21 years but retired suffering from dementia. That was over a year ago. T Mobil wouldn’t cancel the account even though they were taking MY money automatically every month. (I buy phones for my key staff) I went several times with my business card, my corporate resolutions and copies of my bank statement showing IM PAYING FOR THIS PHONE. But I wasn’t listed as “the contact person” so no one would cancel the phone. I fumed as $100 bucks per month is coming out of my account. So finally I ran across an old bill showing the “contact person” a bookkeeper that was with me for a very short amount of time. I went in TODAY and had the good fortune to work with “Jacob E”. In short order he got this account closed and his body language told me a lot. (Boy did we put this guy through a lot of #%@$) I’m leaving a 5 star review based on Jacob’s work and genuine care for my $1,200 problem. Call or see Jacob if you need help.”
“THE BEST customer service EVER! I will continue to be loyal to T-Mobile and pay my bills, as EVERY CUSTOMER is treated so well. Your feelings matter in this store, this was more than a business transaction and you are everything to T mobile as well as the human world. This IS YOUR store. You deserve to be promoted as you have so many skills. The employee was a very in shape looking Mexican male with glasses, and he helped out everyone including the white females. Corporate sent a replacement phone and with the employee's help we were able to swap them out. This employee showed great competence, and honestly, he could probably manage a French fry machine at McDonald's - if I had to guess.”

“When my phone suddenly died, I went to my local Verizon store, and Amy provided outstanding service, leading to a new phone, and when I had questions, Amy was unfailingly patient. I needed help with transferring the next day, and it was the same great service. Over the two days, I had the chance to observe what must be one of the outstanding store teams in the Verizon Galaxy (pun intended) with Lorenzo and Miguel as managers and the rest of the staff exhibiting professionalism even when I was the only customer in the store for a period of time.
