“When my phone suddenly died, I went to my local Verizon store, and Amy provided outstanding service, leading to a new phone, and when I had questions, Amy was unfailingly patient. I needed help with transferring the next day, and it was the same great service. Over the two days, I had the chance to observe what must be one of the outstanding store teams in the Verizon Galaxy (pun intended) with Lorenzo and Miguel as managers and the rest of the staff exhibiting professionalism even when I was the only customer in the store for a period of time.

The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.”

I returned back again with an assistant manager, who was very helpful as well. They are very great and I am a fan of the Verizon as the best network.

“Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.”
“After one week of service, I am very happy with Frontier internet. The price is much lower than the competition. Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”
