“Wanted to give a huge shout out to Jaime for his help on Monday 1/19. I came in pretty flustered because another T-Mobile nearby is marked as open and is actually indefinitely closed... He was able to resolve a lack of ID by myself and hooked me up with the phone I was in aim of purchasing. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, so hope he gets some recognition because he could've let me walk out and chose to be an above the grade kinda of person.”

“Rylee is what a great customer service feels like. I was tossed around few times with my for refund and charges - with issue still unresolved after months. I walked in and Rylee welcomed me right away and took full ownership to resolve the issue until it was fully resolved - not halfway. She has excellent people and managerial skills. She was very pleasant all along while working on my issue though it took way longer than anticipated. Its rare to find such talent nowadays. If I have any issue with my service I would go look for her. Thanks Rylee.”

“The are very helpful and not a long wait.
It's 1yr later,and I had a problem with my account. I couldn't get anyone with a brain to help me,by phone,and in person in Parish store. I finally went to the Hillsborough Ave office and found Marcia. I was in and out in 15mins,she solved my problem. She was great!!! I will never go to another office. She should train the customer service people that you call,because they share one brain,very frustrating. I almost canceled mine and my son's service. Thank you Marcia for all your help”

“Erica from the Tampa office location fixed our issue of 3+ months in a matter of being on the phone for 31 minutes she was so amazing and kind and absolutely respectful, rectified the issue so easily after going through our bank statement on what they took out and the last supervisor screwed us over on and blamed us for we were ready to cancel our spectrum internet right then on December 23 made a payment of 120 dollars and wanted 93 dollars for this month 2 weeks before our bill is due when our bill shouldve only been 60 but Erica was amazing and fixed everything for us.
My husband and I appreciate you so much!

“I’ll start by saying I was about ready to leave Verizon after being with them for 25 years or so. Then my husband received a call from a very nice young woman named Mia asking if we had gotten everything figured out with opening our new business account. She told him to come in and she would get it all straightened out. I went in and Mia and Jeff were excellent and in 55 min handled everything that’s taken us months and hours of phone calls that no one else could figure out. Mia and Jeff are rockstars and are the best there by far!! If you need anything go see them!”

“Their service is definitely better than satellite internet, but their speeds are not consistent. The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.”

“Today I was serviced by a customer service rep by the name of Alex at this location in the North Dale Mabry store. I am a happy camper now. I had some issues with my bill and he fixed it for me and he was very nice and knew his stuff. I thank Alex for the great customer service experience that I had this morning. I look forward to seeing him again next time!”

“UPDATE....We bought a house in Nokomis Fl and live an hour away. We set up 2 appointments for Frontier to hook up our internet and both times they were a no show. No phone call no email
no text to let us know they weren't coming.
This was the worst
company we've dealt
with and we have had
many different
companies for internet
installation. We ended
up getting T Mobile and
it was after 4:00 that
same day Frontier blew
us off and we had
internet by 7:00 that
evening. Idiots!
UPDATE...
Unfortunately T
Mobile did not work out for us with Internet service because we have too many devices. We ended up going to our local Verizon store to get Internet which is
now Frontier. We explained about Frontiers no show twice and they assured us it would not happen again. We now have Frontier and it seems to be good for us.”

“If it wasn’t for Mark, I would have left a 1-star review. Since July, I upgraded to 5GB with Frontier but it never worked properly. I called more than 5 times and was told it was my fault and that I was doing something wrong. When Mark finally arrived, he immediately realized that the problem was that the equipment installed only supported up to 2GB — something I could not fix on my own. He replaced everything needed, and since then the internet has been working perfectly. Thanks to Mark, I’m giving this 5-star review.”
