The owner, Mark, showed us a lot of options and worked with us to find something we liked within our budget. I liked how he offered less expensive options, which showed us that he wasn't just trying to make a sale. It was more important that we were happy. In the end we decided on a custom cabinet and I'm so glad we did. It's excellent quality and absolutely gorgeous! It was also significantly less expensive than other places we had looked. He called with updates on the timing/delivery, which we really appreciated. The next time we need a cabinet we would definitely go back and wouldn't waste our time anywhere else.”

“We contracted again with Bay Tile to do some renovations in our kitchen. We used them about 10 years ago for a shower remodel in the main bathroom. Again, we were very pleased with the outcome of the project. It was nice to go to the showroom and see the same professionals still there. Ken was our designer. He designed cabinets exactly how we imagined we wanted them. He was with us every step of the way and kept in contact with updates and further suggestions. Each time we visited the store, we were greeted warmly by Denise who runs the showroom. Trina came out to inspect the progress of the project. She kept her promises on timeframes for completion. Each crew that came to do their part were friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when they left for the day. The crews did quality work on the drywall and carpentry of the cabinets. Fit and finish are perfect.This company stands by their products, workmanship, and their customers. “Great one stop place for tile, flooring, counters and cabinets! We purchased tile here and couldn't be happier with the selection and service. The best part of our experience was our consultant, Diana, who has a great eye for color and style and is a master at interpreting what you're asking for and finding it in the show room. She is the best person we encountered in designing our new home. Diana comes from a textile background and uses that to help you find the perfect color, texture, and material. She patiently helped us figure out how to match our countertops and cabinets even though we had purchased those already elsewhere, and even gave us advice on good paint colors. We felt like we had our own personal designer. They encourage you to take samples home and see how they work in your space.”

They have a large showroom with a huge volume of excellent designs. They carry all the things we saw at the other plaves with way more samples than anyone else. We found exactly what we needed here. A fantastic place, and the staff were super helpful!”

The only thing I would say is the lines get a little jammed up at times, but again you get what you pay for so it has its pros/cons. Overall though alot of great products.”
