Otto's Pretty Paws Pet Salon is a pleasant and clean place for pet grooming and boarding. The staff is wonderful, professional, always caring, friendly, and seem happy to be there. They take great care of the pets and provide a safe environment. One customer with a dog that has severe separation anxiety noted it was the only facility the dog did not want to leave, coming home tired from playing instead of traumatized. The team is tender and thoughtful, even with older pets. They take time to answer questions and pets enjoy getting pampered. For nail cutting, no appointment is needed. Prices are a good value. It is a place where the employees act like they truly like the animals.
Thank you Rose again for giving my two babies a great haircut. 💜

Kayla is amazing. She is the only groomer I could find that was able to groom our Cockapoo puppy because he was so easily distracted by others and excited. He's 9 months now and looks handsome every time he sees her. Thanks Kayla, you're our gal. 👍🏼

Took my dog in for the first time today. They were fast, did a great job and she seemed to enjoy herself. We're back for another visit. Can't wait to see her all beautified!
