“We made an appointment for 11 AM but got out of a nearby doctor appointment just before 10 so walked over then. We were able to get in about 10 minutes later rather than wait until our appointment time. The only negative was that the receptionist was rather brief in her response making it unclear whether we would need to wait until 11.”

First tech could not find it so she had the other tech take a look and they were able to get her blood when no one else could. We will be back to this location.”

I had sone issue checking in, and Lala was able to sort it out right away. Her techniques were gentle and efficient for blood draws. Despite knowing what her day would be like (a large group of people already waiting outside the lab at 7am) she did it with a smile and a sense of humor.
