It’s the first time I’m shipping golf clubs. She literally went through every step with me. She hung my lanyard she taped my lanyard sheet gave me zip ties. She showed me where to put the zip ties. She literally went through every step with me and made me feel so good about shipping my golf clubs I could not recommend a better FedEx store and I am very appreciative how much Diane took her time to help me step-by-step about everything I could do to make sure my shipment was gonna be secure and give me peace of mind.”

“I have followed the store manager, Richard, for years! From Store to Store from Clearwater to Tampa, Oldsmar, and back to Clearwater. Why do I do this? Why am I so loyal to this man? Because he gives the ultimate customer experience. From the day, I first walked into his store years ago and experienced a different level of service from all of his staff until today when I can call him up and place orders for printing and shipping it is a quality experience. He is a great manager as far as I can see. The two stores I have been to where he has been the manager. You can just see a difference you were greeted when you come into the Store people offered to help you. They accommodate your needs and exceed expectations. That doesn’t happen by accident. Technically I want to tell you that Richard is very knowledgeable. He understands all the different shipping options and he is an expert with printing. He makes sure that the paper is cut so that your documents are centered. He makes sure when he is shipping a brochure order that he protects all of the corners so they don’t get damaged. That is why I am loyal and I speak so highly of Richard, his staff, his Store and FedEx office.”

CSDs response and pricing beat out the competition, but more importantly than that they were thrown through many hoops when some policy changes were made and they worked with consistent proactiveness. Watching the install was incredibly exciting around our neighborhood and when I asked to make some last minute adjustments on site, Joe and his crew provided professionalism and immediate action.
