Personally I'm not knowledgeable about herbal benefits, but the products and signage here were vast and descriptive. I was drawn in by the variety of teas & definitely plan to come back to restock my selections, but I had literally just stopped by the Tea & Spice Exchange and shopped my heart out there. I did end up getting a deliciously scented bar of apple bourbon soap from a local artisan, and my friend picked up a pack of tarot cards and some crystals. That's been part of her life for awhile now, and she really enjoyed the selection they had too.”

“A few months ago I was encouraged by a friend to try BOOSTme so I thought "why not." For a few weeks I didn't notice much difference. But after that I started noticing things changing. For years, I've dealt with chronic fatigue and with BOOSTme that seemed to be going away as I had more energy, my sleep was better, I was happy and energetic. Then I started noticing that I was having a lot of hot flashes and night sweats, which I hadn't had in years. I've been on hormone creams for years to control that, so I "knew" something was wrong. I was tested and found out that my hormone levels were high, which meant too much in my body. I was able to cut the hormone creams in half and I was recently told by my naturopath doctor that I may be able to get off of all hormones soon. The only thing I can attribute that to is BOOSTme as I haven't changed anything else. This is one supplement that I won't stop. I used to be tired most of the time but now I can work from 8am to midnight with a 45 minute nap in the afternoon and I only sleep 7 hours per night. Before BOOSTme I was sleeping 9-10 hours a night (if I could even get to sleep) and taking 1 to 2 hour naps in the afternoon. But the main thing about the sleep is that when I lay down I'm asleep within minutes and not having to take all kinds of supplements to relax me enough to get to sleep! This stuff is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!!Darlene S”
“I am currently moving and all my vitamins got packed up for longer than expected. I am chronically deficient in a vitamins B, D, and magnesium. I knew my levels were tanked. I went in an Julie got me squared away. I literally feel the difference within 6 hours. I am very thankful for The B12 store and Julie. Also, Julie is great with administering shots, nothing hurt more than the vitamins themselves cause. I'm an absolute wimp, so that says a lot. If you are chronically deficient and need help getting regulated or at least jump starting your levels, I highly recommend you talk to Julie or a member of her team.”
