“I’ve been getting all of my tailoring done at this Nordstrom for some time now, primarily for pant hemming, and every visit has been a consistently excellent experience with the men's department tailoring team.
This past Sunday, Joice was on duty and checked me into the fitting room, promptly calling a tailor to assist me. While I waited, I observed Joice skillfully helping multiple clients—offering both style and alteration advice, assisting at the register, and managing the overall flow of the department.
It was impressive to witness such seamless multitasking paired with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. “I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way.
I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”

“I had to shop for winter boots and Kohl's was my hero! All the other places had already started putting out spring and summer merchandise. I understand this is Florida, but we were having unusually cold weather conditions so the other stores should have kept their winter merchandise stocked. Nevertheless, I found my perfect boots and I was given a great price and my cashier Marie (Maria) from the Bronx was so nice, loved loved loved her and the manager worked his magic with the price! “This was my first time in Talbots, I went to the international mall location in Tampa, and can I tell you they rolled out the red carpet for me Between Jean, Diane and Emily, they found the perfect outfits, gave me great advice and even when I didn’t think I wanted to try on a pair of black pants they suggested, I gave in and wow did they complete the outfit. The advice, the care , the time they took for me to not only like/love what I bought but they made sure I was happy. It was such a fun experience and if I could give them more stars I would.

“I love this shop. It’s cute and has lots of pretty things to try on. Sizes tend to be limited unless you’re a smaller girl and definitely runs juniors sizing. I am a looker. I look at he entire store before I figure out if I want to try anything on. The women with short hair who was there allowed me to do that. She checked on me once in a while but no pressure. She was easy to talk to and looked up sizes in the back for me. I hope to shop with her again. The other associate was so sweet but i could have used a little more space from her. I’m not very social and enjoy my space and she wasn’t getting the hint like the other women. I did end up finding a romper I liked. I will be back.”

“First of all let me say I will continue to shop at this location. This location is clean, very organized and easy to find what you are looking for (if they have it) lol I first visited this location a couple of weeks ago to find a few items which I did with ease. In a turn of events I no longer needed those items but had already removed the “ROSS” tags of 2 of 3 of those items. I placed a phone call and spoke to a very nice man who informed me if I could return or not and how the process worked. I visited the store and was able to return and get a gift card. It was very painless. Thanks again!!!”
