This branch has turned around in two months. I have observed on how the branch associates are very courteous and they look for customers to assist. I specifically saw associate Rodrigo who was on waiting for a customer on the line, seems to be opening a new account. He assisted more than five customers on the line and also those that were coming in to the branch. The associate Collins helped me use the branch ATM to do a deposit. He was very courteous, very professional and patient. And also I see that the branch had a security in the entrance.

Turn around is exceptional. Thank you.

Cashier tellers great, but trying to speak to an associate for account questions takes more than 30 minutes. Manager stays in the office, looking busy, and doesn't even come out to greet or say someone is going to be with you. I had to look around like if I was in Home Depot for an associate to ask how I can get service. There should be security at the door or an associate to greet and direct customers. This is the summer, the branch should have interns to help out.”

“I went to the Publix credit union a few days ago and Mabel the loan officer was so very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my loang. She called to follow up with me with all the process. After having a conversation with her and find out me and her born in the same day and month which very cool.”
