“What a fantastic place! Ishmael,in particular, an incredible, warm, understanding person. Took my wife's galaxy 8+ relic phone. Phone, not turning on. Immediately they diagnosed the situation and started working on it. We explained that we just wanted it to turn on so we could get info from the memory. They put a new battery and realized it was a defective ic chip. Ishmael tried and get it going, trying to send info to the cloud so it could be .downloaded to the new phon. He tried, had it going overnight. Phone uploaded some of the info, pictures and contacts but would go out. The chip was getting so hot he had to give up.At least the most important stuff was uploaded. We recieved several calls about the lack of progress . I said do your best. He called said it was not posible to do more and would be reurning our payment. When we picked it up, we told him that he needed to be paid for all the work. It was only 30 dollars! Didn't seem fair, even with the bad result they, should be paid! This is THE place to take your tech items folks. Hard to find an HONEST place any more. I recommend this location with no reservations what so ever! Happy new year!”

So my phone broke the very same day. I called the gentleman.
