“Stopped by shoePalace Bayside to look for a new pair of shoes and was happy with the selection. They had a good variety of styles, and the staff was friendly without being pushy. They gave me time to browse but were available when I had questions. I found a pair that fit well, and the prices seemed reasonable for the quality. Overall, it was a smooth shopping experience, and I'd come back to check out their new arrivals.”

“I had a very helpful sales associate which made the sale process quick and easy. There was a sale happening at the time of purchase along with tax free season. The sales associate advised of both. I was purchasing for a relative and the sales associate waited patiently while I FaceTimed and got the feedback on the pairs of crocs that my relative wanted.”
“I went to Lincoln Road about a week ago, specifically to visit the HOKA store, and it was an incredible experience. This experience would not have been the same if it hadn't been for Carol, who was the one that helped my mom and me find the right shoes. My mom suffers from plantar fasciitis, so she needs shoes that can accommodate her special insoles. Carol brought out as many shoes as possible to make sure my mom felt comfortable walking in them. She is an amazing human being and provided us with excellent customer service. I could tell that she knows a lot about the brand's shoes, and she is always happy to answer as many questions as you have. So, if you're planning to visit the store soon, you should definitely ask for Carol!”

“My experience at Rasools was actually the best suit purchasing I ever had. I ordered a suit for Daughter's Wedding Tweeds (custom suit company) but the order wasn't going to be ready on-time. It was the day before the wedding and I still needed to find a tuxedo. I went to Rasools met with Ronald, told him my situation and he went to work. I'm really thankful that in God's Divine Providence he led me to Rasools and to brother Ronald! I was at my wits end and didn't know what to do. With an hour Ronald had picked out the perfect suit, tie, pocket square and shoes for me. I received so many compliments for the entire look my suit and shoes”
