“The whole team is amazing! I just moved to Jax from ny (may ‘25) and had trouble finding a reputable staff that specializes in Lexus- Toyota products. From the customer service to the thorough inspection the team is there to make sure your car stays on the road . Big thanks to the Jeffs and Thomas . I had got the wrong brake parts for my Lexus and they called the shop I got them from and swapped them out for my safety! If that’s not good customer service then I don’t know what is! Will be back for my third service next month”

“I took my car to Shutters to have the brakes replaced because the dealer at the last oil change made me think they needed it. I dropped it off and later Kyle called me to let know that the brakes still had about 20,000 miles of wear left on them. I told her I would wait to have it done and asked what I owed. She said I owed nothing to just remember them when I do need them changed. What other company does this? They could have easily picked my pocket and I would have been none to the wiser. I certainly will take my car back to them when the need arises as they are very honest!”

Carlose recommende to us a resonable toweing company that we were able to work with. It is never a good thing when one needs to have a car towed to get serviced. Carlose went above and beyond. Carlose replaced a plastic valve cove with an aluminum valve cover that I purcased through Amazon. Carlosse also gave great advice to replace the spark plugs and coils. Care has over 100k miles. When finished carlose replaced additional screws that were missing when he received the vehicle. Carlos is a true craftman, and a credit to the automotive repair industry. Months later and I can report no more oil leak. We will deffenately return to Presiege Auto Imports in Orange Park, Florida.Many thanks for a job well done.Stephen”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Veronica, the shop manager, is honest, kind, patient and knowledgable. It's great to be able to walk into a place as a young, novice woman and be told/shown what's happening in plain English.
The mechanics here do a thorough job and take it seriously. Came here for an alignment, and the mechanic Efrain caught a cracking lower control arm. He took the time to show me right where the crack was. The time before was an oil change and tire rotation, Matt showed me on the machine just how much my tire was off balance. Their new hire, Curtis, has so much expertise at such a young age and was very curteous to me. As I waited, I watched him bring a dead BMW back to life.
It means the world to me to know that they all put such integrity in their work and that my safety matters beyond all else.
