“I moved to FL from TN and needed a new bank as my bank wasn't available down here. I spent hours on Friday going from bank to bank with nothing but walls at each. I finally went to Regions where my boyfriend suggested me to go after having a rough time at other places. Regions was clean and welcoming and great staff. Also exciting that regions is available in both Florida and Tennessee so when I visit back in TN I won't have any worries about banking.
Better yet since I was referred by my boyfriend who banks there already we both received a bonus.”

She helped me set up my BOA app also. The facility was clean and well staffed. After I left I had a couple questions for Heather so I emailed her and she got back to me promptly.”
“My friend, recently, began to rent a room in a private residence. The owner did not provide us with the correct account number. We rushed in just as they were to close- greated with a smiling hello and an offer to assist. The associate went out of her way to assist us. Thank you for treating us like real people.
