I was shopping with a friend. I think the associate name was TY. She was amazing and patient. My friend really took her time and spent grip. TY was very accommodating.

Eileen at the Estee Lauder counter was so very accommodating. I wasn't sure about correct shade of foundation so she gave me samples of two different colors. Informed me of upcoming sale. Truly appreciate that kind of customer service. Look forward to visiting that location again. Thanks
