“Just bought two Skyway bikes from Planet BMX. For one of them, I needed a matching front brake, which their site helpfully guided me to. I emailed after the purchase to request some help to purchase a matching cable, which I could not find (likely my IT skills or lack of). A super helpful chap called Richard emailed straight back to share that he would 'find some and pop it into the order at no charge'. Both helpful / kind and very much appreciated. Lots of businesses share how great they are, and some even prove how great they are! Thank you Planet BMX and I'm sure my son is going to love his Skyway that the old man had when he was age 11!”
“Picked up my Specialized bike from wasn't very pleased with the way it fit and considered returning it. Then the tire went flat and I just didn't want it anymore. I took it in for service and Robby was great! Replaced the tubing, cut the seat down, changed out my handle bars, recommended a comfortable seat, and now it fits PERFECT!
