“Boot Barn in Orange Park is one of my favorite places to shop for western wear—it’s actually my go-to in both Florida and Texas! The selection is excellent, and the store itself smells amazing—like genuine leather—which makes the whole experience feel authentic. I love that even the items I bring home carry that rich leather scent.
I’m especially a fan of the Miranda Lambert line—they have such cute jewelry and clothing pieces. It’s also great that they truly have something for everyone, from cowgirls and cowboys to infants and young kids.
Sharon was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my visit even better.
The dressing rooms are secure, and I appreciate that the doors lock automatically and can’t be opened from the outside without a key—that’s a nice safety feature. That said, I do wish there wasn’t such a large gap in the door, and I’d prefer designated men’s and women’s dressing rooms instead of unisex for a bit more comfort and privacy.
My only other suggestion would be to carry more size 5 cowgirl boots—it’s a bit limited for smaller sizes.
It would also be so fun to see them host a special customer event featuring Craft Cart2Go for custom hat branding and trucker cap design—such a perfect fit for their western vibe!

“I have to say this is by FAR the best experience I’ve had. My sister and I recently came in here about a week ago, I’ve had some weight loss and was feeling pretty discouraged, I couldn’t find the shorts, or anything “younger styled” and a blonde women with blue eyes I think her name was Ravyne? I could be spelling it wrong… she turned my whole day around! I guess we looked lost and she had asked if they’re was anything she could do to help and I had explained to her what exactly I was looking for ( a New York trip outfits) and she literally went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits!! She was very professional, and uplifting even helped me stopped crying from being so overwhelmed ( I couldn’t find anything at first) I WILL be going back to this location every time and I pray she’ll be there!”
“Everyone at this store is amazing however it’s always two people who stand out. Kit and Store manager Whitney! They always provide the best service and best deals. Kit helped me the other day and they did absolutely amazing. I only came for one pair of shoes but their customer service got me to buy two. I’m an indecisive person but they were super patient and willing to pull out all the shoes I wanted to try on. 100/10. Love the whole team!! ?
The space is wheelchair friendly and super accessible. Items are in decent reach and you can always ask for assistance with the higher items. Very clean store aswell :)”

“Very pleasant experience. Wasn't hassled or followed. Store was fairly messy and def could've stood to be straightened up a little but all in all considering we were the last ones out the door at closing and our cashier was super sweet, even though I'm sure she was exhausted, that made it very easy to overlook the mess. LateluGood customer service goes a long way!”

Definitely plenty of selection items for all clothing and household items. Definitely lots of decor and pantry items as well. Prices seem comparable to thrift stores.”
“First and foremost, I want to express my admiration for the incredible deals they offer. Secondly, there’s this young lady named Marissa. She’s incredibly sweet and bubbly. However, she seemed a bit disheartened when a woman came rushing towards her, yelling at her about not being able to accept a coupon online. The woman was visibly upset and threatened to go to corporate. Despite the chaos and the fact that there were many other people behind us, Marissa remained composed and calm. It takes a lot of self-control to stay composed in such a situation.”
