“I like this Publix better than some of the other locations. Although, it does tend to get busy with crowded areas where lines are like the deli, water bottle fill up in the front, sandwiches, ect. So, it gets bottlenecks sometimes.”

“Cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful. They will call you ahead of time with any insurance issues, and are willing to get on the phone whenever there is an issue to resolve it as fast as possible. It's a little out of the way for me, but I don't mind because they really are top notch. You won't find the type of help and care they give to their clients at any big brand pharmacy . Absolutely recommend!”

“The wait is a little long, however, if you go to any DR. you will have some wait. What I really like about Dr. Bernard is the fact that he tries to give you medication to fix your problem. Almost every Dr. wants to send you to another place that is a specialist. Drs. that you have never even met. I have found that the result from doing that is never better. Even if the problem is not better within a couple days, Dr. Bernard and his additional Drs. try to help you fix your problem until it is done. NO Dr. office calls to see if you are doing better, Simply they are too busy. Some point we all have to take responsibility to help fix our own problems even if we need to call them a couple times. I mean if the open door in his office is a problem You can be the responsible one and say I would appreciate it if you shut the door. I've never seen children there and that means as adults simply SPEAK UP”

“Well the customer service was excellent the young lady Megan who took care of me went beyond the Call of Duty, help me with the kiosk help me get my pictures on my phone loaded to the kiosk showed me how to work it and she had a great attitude while she was doing it, it was a great experience showed me where I had dollar amounts that I could use on my CVS and a dollar on a coupon where I had purchased something else before so yes I will definitely recommend to someone else”
“This is my all time favorite Publix! The pharmacy at oak leaf Commons does a fine job and treat you with respect and very friendly and very knowledgeable. The store staff as a whole is always friendly and ready to help you at the drop of a hat. Also it's a very clean store inside and out.”

“Been going to this pharmacy since 2017 and my experience have always been wonderful. Pharmacy and retail staff are always friendly and very helpful. I just now called about my prescriptions and the pharmacy tech that I spoke with was absolutely friendly, very professional, very polite and very helpful!”
“My wife and I fill our prescriptions at Walgreens on 630 Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park. Recently, she needed a refill on one of her medications, so we requested it through the Walgreens app. When we went to pick it up, the pharmacy did not have it. I asked Tammy at the pharmacy counter if she could look into the issue. She checked the records and told me the insurance information showed the medication could not be refilled until August. I explained that this did not make sense because my wife was almost out of the medication.
Tammy told me I would need to contact my insurance company. I left Walgreens, but about two hours later Tammy called me from the pharmacy. She said she had located the prescription at CVS, arranged to have it transferred back to Walgreens, and confirmed that it would be ready for pickup.
I was genuinely surprised and grateful that Tammy took the initiative to solve the problem on her own. Her actions went far beyond what I expected, and she deserves recognition for her outstanding service. It is not often that someone takes extra time during a busy workday to help a customer this way, and her effort reflects very well on Walgreens and the people it hires.

“I always enjoy looking at the specials and the closeout deals that they have at Walgreens created the prices are kind of high they're closed out deals are kind of low so I always like to go and look at their clothes out deals. And the staff is always friendly and welcoming so you feel welcome to be there.”

“Always a positive experience. To a degree, I'll happily pay a few dollars more to avoid the Walmart experience. Bakery is always on point. We highly recommend the Key Lime Pie. Its flavored with freshly squeezed limes and; its creamy and delicious.
