“We have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and I must say we couldn’t be more pleased. I have complex medical issues and am on multiple medications. Troy and his staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond with the annoying issues that can arise with refills and physicians offices. Special call out to Morgan, Eve and Caroline who are so helpful & professional. Troy the Pharmacist is always willing to answer questions, I respect his knowledge as the subject matter expert and he’s always willing to discuss my concerns. I can’t say enough about how much it means to someone that has chronic illnesses to have such a wonderful pharmacy with an amazing group of professionals looking out for my heath.”

We had an awful experience with the pharmacist down the road at Rivertown and almost didn't go here because of it, but we're so glad we did. She was amazing, did everything humanly possible to ease the stress of the situation and stayed completely composed through it all. Cannot thank her and her staff enough.”

“I went to the store nov 25. As we checked out our cashier , David B was awesome yet the lady whom I have never seen before had to have been new. She had no clue how to pack. The platic bags were ripping due to her overload in a bag. The bags were packed with no - no how at all. Pie crust were thrown in on the bottom of bag and cans and other heavy objects were thrown in cold and boxed items. You can guess the crusts were just a total mess. The rest of the bags had no method of packing either eggs in with cans etc. I think she had to miss how to pack in training. This was the first time I ever had a problem with any publix stores. Please train her before the same happens to others. Thank you”
