“We rarely have to stop at the post office while traveling, but it happens. This location was along the way so even better.
I appreciate a mailbox to quickly drop off items. No need to go inside. There's also a nice sized parking lot (not all locations have this believe it or not). There's also a good number of wheelchair accessible parking spots near the entrance.
The hubs didn't have a long wait. He was able to send his package with express shipping and it arrived as promised.”
“Emery, the USPS clerk at the time, was working all by herself and had an amazing energy and aura to her while handling roughly 12 customers. Her multitasking skills and efficiency were unrealistic and unmatched. I’ve been going to the post office for a very, very long time, and this is the first experience I have ever had or did not feel like it was just another day at the post office. I commend her and absolutely applaud her customer service skills, multitasking skills, and efficiency.”

“Can’t remember her name but clerk#66 was extremely helpful today. Super nice and patient. She even caught that I had dated the passport application in blue which wasn’t allowed.”

“I am an american born citizen, legally blind and traveled with my disabled adult son which is a monumental feat in itself to get to the post office. Went at 8:45 am as they accept walkins between 9-930 M-F for passports.
. Was the first person there Waited until close to 930. Needed money orders but bank card pin was not working. Had to leave to go to bank only to be told there's nothing wrong with my card or pin. Went back after resetting pin just to be safe and again, the pin didnt work even with assistance using machine. Went back to bank, withdrew the cash, went back to the post office and purchased the money orders. Waited until almost 11 only to be told she would not see us even though there wasn't a soul there. She was not rude, just wouldnt help and i dont understand why when it wasnt even my fault. The bank says it's the post office machine/ not my fault and even though I remedied the issue by getting cash and Waited for hours, it was all for nothing and now I have to pay for ubers to do it all over again. Not a pleasant experience at all. But, the guy at the front counter was very patient and helpful through it all. Now I have to go to county clerk to try to get this done. :(”
“Shameeka always provides an excellent customer service and extra care for our mails and packages. The attention to detail she provides is impressive. She is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Thanks, Shameeka for your service!”
“The lady there helped me out so much. Tried calling the automated main line and that got me no where....had a major issue that she took point on and made right and followed up afterwards. This rating is mostly for that person...thank you!”
“I would like to recognize Maisel at this post office for outstanding service. Every time I have to pick up a package or mail a package or need a supply—he is very helpful and kind. Thank you for having such helpful and kind employees at this location. It is truly a blessing.”
